. Usage and Feature:
Polyvinyl anticorrosion adhesive tape is mainly used in exterior anticorrosion of buried metal pipeline in transmission of petroleum and natural gas, chemical industry, water supply and gas transmission in urban construction, and so on. It is characterized by convenience for construction, pollution-free, etc. It is one of the preferred anticorrosion systems for the exterior anticorrosion of steel pipeline.
Our factory is the first of the country to adopt the solventless coextrusion heat laminate production technology, and successfully develops the product series of Polyvinyl anticorrosion adhesive tape and its supporting technology. The adhesive layer is butyl rubber, which is characterized by weather resistance and airtightness. All the performance indexes of the product are level with those of the similar foreign products. Compared with the traditional solvent coated products in the country, this product has the following features:

. Method of Application
       1Remove rust, welding seam, burr, oil and dirt, and dry. The artificial rust removal shall reach St3 level, and mechanical rust removal shall conform to Sa2 level of SYJ4007-86.

When the undercoat is dry, wrap the tape; the tape wrapping shall conform to anticorrosion layer grade and structure requirement.

Lay and bury the pipeline after successfully passing the electric spark testing.
. Transportation and Storage
    1Avoid insolation, rain and crushing during the transportation of the adhesive tape.

Store the tape in cool place with the temperature of 5~30 and humidity 75%. Avoid heat sources and open fire.

If the product should be frozen below 5, it needs to be kept under the temperature of about 20 before construction.
